Finding Us:
 Haddon House Farm is located at Bakewell's southern boundary, level walking distance from the centre of this charming old market town - about 10 minutes' walk or two minutes in the car.
If approaching Bakewell from the south along the A6 the entrance to Haddon House Farm is on the left just after the Bakewell town sign and inside the max. 40 mph zone.
From the north, pass through Bakewell on the A6 (heading south). A mile after the roundabout in the town's centre, the "Agricultural Centre" is signed to the left. A further 150 metres along the A6, Haddon House Farm will be seen on the right with big stone pillars marking the drive. If you travel on into the 50mph zone (heading for Haddon Hall and Matlock), you will have gone too far.
No need to worry about traffic noise while you stay with us - the house is up a long drive and is very peaceful, as commented on by many of our guests. "So quiet! We didn't expect the house to be as quiet as this!" There's a beautiful extensive garden to sit in with a lovely waterfall and pond, and a quiet secluded corner with a hot tub. Plenty of garden chairs and tables are scattered throughout the garden so you can admire the view at your leisure.
